Ten days of colorful art in the Tokyo Waterfront City area

Tokyo Waterfront City is a place where you can look out over the endless sky and ocean. Once part of the sea, the city was born out of people's creativity and continues to serve as a place for experimenting toward the future. To connect the area's past, present and future, a first-of-a-kind art festival will be held in the area.

Centered around the theme of NEW SCALE, the 2022 festival will see the imagination of each and every visitor, together with the artists, bring to life a scene unlike anything you've ever seen before. Imagine, share and engage in dialogue through artworks showcased across the vast stage of the entire Tokyo Waterfront City. Through a series of experiences, each individual's NEW SCALE -- A New Way of Looking at the World-" is sure to emerge.
