[Odaiba Virtual Festival] We will be streaming VenusFort’s last illumination and Symbol Promenade Park in spring in 360 degrees!

★Participate in and experience this event in Odaiba in a virtual space!

1.Outline

To check out the services and technologies that will lead to an increase in the desire to visit Rinkai Fukutoshin after COVID-19, we will reenact a part of the Rinkai Fukutoshin area in a virtual space and conduct a hands-on experience of the local event.
The areas that will be reenacted in the virtual space are as follows.
　① Venus Fort (1-3-15 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo)
　② West Promenade (in Symbol Promenade Park in 1 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo)

March 12th (Sat) and March 13th (Sun), 2022
11:00 - 20:00

3.Hands-on experience event details

We will use "XR Campus Event", an app developed by the event organizer (TIS Inc), to allow participants to see VenusFort's last illumination while freely going around online. In the virtual space, participants will be displayed as avatars and it will be possible for them to converse with each other and enjoy shopping through mutual communication with some stores in the facility as well.
Furthermore, we will also stream Symbol Promenade Park (footage shot right before the event) with its tulips that bloom around mid-March every year.

4.How to participate

Participants can participate online by installing the app on their smartphone or computer during the event period. User registration is unnecessary and anyone can participate for free.
Once you launch the app and press the "Start" button, the event ID input screen will be displayed, so please enter Event ID: "odaiba2022" and press the "Search" button.
