An event will be held commemorating the humanoid robot ASIMO's graduation from Miraikan

ASIMO, who has served as a science communicator for 20 years, will be graduating from Miraikan as of March 2nd, 2022. In order to commemorate ASIMO's graduation from Miraikan, and to show our thanks for the 20 years that we have spent together, we will be holding a special event from March 18th (Friday) through to March 31 (Thursday). Visitors can enjoy a special demonstration and a commemorative photoshoot (prior registration required) while looking back on ASIMO's past service at Miraikan.

1. Special Demonstration

We will be holding a special demonstration made up of a combination of variations on moves from past performances, including running quickly, hopping on one foot, and using sign language, while looking back on ASIMO's 20 years of service at Miraikan.

11:30 / 12:30 / 13:30 / 14:30 / 15:30 (Approx. 10 minutes per demonstration)
※No registration required, please come directly to the venue.

2. Commemorative Photoshoot (Prior Registration Required)

Visitors can take commemorative photos with ASIMO. The photoshoot will be held after each special demonstration for up to 5 parties (1 to 8 people per party). If you are interested, please register in advance before coming to the venue.
*Registration is open from March 2nd (Wednesday) 10:00 am (registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis)

※In addition, we are planning on setting up a special booth and holding various events on SNS.
