◆Workshop: " Draw your own original monster with ink "
Let's try our hand at sumi-e painting using the traditional Japanese art material " ink " .
Sumi-e painting is suitable for improvisational expression, and is a technique that allows you to complete a work in a short amount of time.
Using the sumi-e technique, we will try to draw a yokai with all the participants.
Yokai have been drawn in Japan since ancient times. They are characters that exist in our lives, and are actually familiar to us. Where on earth do they live in modern society? Let's let our brushes move while imagining such things.
The goal is to finally draw an original yokai that you have thought up on colored paper using sumi-e and complete the work.
