" START Box " is a project run by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Arts Council Tokyo, a public interest foundation that uses vacant stores in public housing and public housing as studios and rents them out to young artists at affordable rates.
This time, we will be holding an open studio and workshop by artist " Ogata Ryo, " who is using "START Box Odaiba."
