The theme for this year is「OPEN」!

The Tokyo International Projection Mapping Award is one of the largest projection mapping contests in Japan, and was started with the aim of discovering and cultivating talent that will be at the core of the content industry going forward, and to advance and popularize the spatial imaging technology of projection mapping.

The theme for this 8th year is "OPEN".
The general mood of self-restraint over the past three years established many limitations, but life seems to be finally returning to normal. Against this backdrop, we selected a word that would give an optimistic, forward-looking feeling.
We invited participants to create works based on their own interpretation of "OPEN".
Starting this year, the judging will be held in advance, so only the screening of works and announcement of the judging results will be held on the day of the event.
