The "research area" jointly established at the Miraikan (Future Museum). Normally, this area is not open to the public, but cutting edge research is conducted here on a regular basis."Let's take a look! Laboratory" is a tour that will take you through these research sites to give you a taste of the general research atmosphere.The laboratory to be toured this time is one where a light weight and bendable solar cell is being made through the power of science. Inside this room, that is normally off limits, you'll find beakers and flasks typical to any science classroom, but also many mysterious experimental devices and chemicals. Your image of science experiments may change a little from this tour.
