Exhibition on Decarbonization Efforts in the Tokyo Waterfront Area <TOKYO PORT MUSEUM>
- 2024-10-08 ~ 2024-11-30
- Aomi area
At TOKYO PORT MUSEUM, we will hold an exhibition showcasing efforts towards decarbonization in the Tokyo Waterfront Area.
The waterfront area, which attracts many visitors from both domestic and international locations, has a history of environmentally conscious urban development that leverages its rich waterfront environment, including the introduction of district heating.
Currently, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and private enterprises are collaborating on initiatives such as research and development of an area-specific energy management system that utilizes green power generated from hydrogen and solar energy.
This exhibition will introduce these efforts through panels and videos.
