The permanent exhibition Visionary Lab "The World is Full of Microorganisms" will end on Thursday, August 31st, 2023. Before the end of the exhibition, we will hold a talk event to think about microbial diversity and next-generation urban design and draw a future in which microbial diversity is realized.
The National Biodiversity Strategy 2023-2030 approved by the Cabinet in March 2023 has declared that a major shift in values is required to put nature on a recovery track and stop and reverse biodiversity loss.At this event, we will expand our understanding of microorganisms, which was deepened in the talk series "VISIONARY FES" VOL. 1 to 3, and talk with various guests from multiple perspectives.
The theme is "The future of the earth created by the diversity of microorganisms and humans"
The talk event will be held in the Visionary Lab exhibition hallThe deterioration of microbial diversity and the problem of drug-resistant bacteria presented in the exhibition are closely related to human society and cannot be avoided when considering sustainability. In facing the future, we will break away from keeping things "as usual" and discuss ideas for a sustainable world from each perspective.◆Event Outline
