The Tokyo Metropolitan government will promote various events for the "GRAND CYCLE TOKYO" in order to make bicycles a more familiar thing for better health and environmentally friendliness.
As a first step, Rainbow Bridge Ride, a bicycle riding event, and Mutli Sports, a hands-on sports event, will be held in the oceanfront area.

- Bicycles, Urban Sports, Para-sports, as well as other sports and VR experiences
- Demonstrations for Cycling Circuit Races (Criterium) and BMX Freestyling
- Plans to work together with popular television programs in motion (Advanced registration required, deadline for applications by November 11th )
- Food trucks will be set up with menus featuring a popular yakiniku restaurant and vegetables grown in Tokyo
- A live concert featuring CHEMISTRY, and a comedy show featuring comedians affiliated with YOSHIMOTO KOGYO
