Ariake GYM-EX Facility Tour＜Ariake GYM-EX＞

Ariake GYM-EX is an exhibition hall organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for the promotion of small and medium-sized businesses in Tokyo, making use of the Ariake Gymnastics Center, which served as a venue for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games .

◆A total of 100 people will be invited for a Ariake GYM-EX via lottery!

Ariake GYM-EX will finally be opening on May 18th (Thursday), 2023.
In conjunction with the opening, we will be organizing a tour of Ariake GYM-EX, with the aim of providing a more in-depth look at the facility. Please note that there may be media coverage on the day of the tour.

◎Facility Tour

• Date and time
  May 19th (Friday) A First Group 10:00 a.m.~11:30 a.m. (25 participants)
  May 19th (Friday) B Second Group 1:30 p.m.~3:00 p.m. (25 participants)
• Facility Tour
  Participants will be able to see the vast exhibition hall spanning an area of approximately 9,400m², the wonderful view from the second floor deck overlooking the Rainbow Bridge, and more.
• Tokyo 2020 Games Legacy Planning Corner Tour
  Various items used during the hosting of the Games will be exhibited.
  * Only one set of souvenirs will be provided per application, regardless of the number of participants.

◎Facility Tour (for children)

• Date and time
  May 20th (Saturday) C First Group 10:00 a.m.~12:00 p.m. (25 participants)
  May 20th (Saturday) D Second Group 1:30 p.m.~3:30 p.m. (25 participants)
• Professor Tanba's Paper Airplane Workshop
  A paper airplane workshop hosted by Professor Jun Tanba, who has won the All Japan Paper Airplane Championships, will be held.
• Tokyo 2020 Games Legacy Planning Corner Tour
  Various items used during the hosting of the Games will be exhibited.
  * Up to 3 children (elementary school age and under) and 3 accompanying parents/guardians may be registered per application.
  * Paper airplane making kits will be provided for all children participating in the workshop.
  * Participants will be able to take the paper airplanes they made with them.
  * Only one set of souvenirs will be provided per application, regardless of the number of participants.

◎Lottery and notification of lottery winners

Winners will be selected via an impartial drawing, and will be notified by our office.
