"Between constancy and change" is an art project by a graduate student at the University of Tsukuba.
Tokyo Waterfront City, Olympic, Corona, New Normal. This is a program in which 4 graduate students discover our changing senses and the present of the world, and the creative "Space" potential of ARTBAY TOKYO, with visitors through art-based exploration, exhibitions, and workshops.
