In Japan we eat all kind of fish like Salmon Sashimi, Maguro-don (Tuna topped on the rice), Samma Shio Yaki (Salt-grilled Saury) but do you know what does the body of the fish look like?
We invite the professional to show you how to cut the fish and let you touch the fish so you can understand the secret of their bodies!
With the guidebook, you can learn the detail about the fish in Japan.
